Fire at Duck & Drake

December 06, 2008

Just before midnight on Saturday evening, AVFD received a call for smoke coming from behind the drywall in the living area behind the Duck & Drake store. Engines 105 and 102 responded and arrived to find the store and living area full of smoke. North Shenango VFD was also called to assist and crews from both departments removed drywall from around the fireplace area to check for extension.
