Car in Pymatuning Lake

At approximately 6:00 a.m. Andover VFD received a call for a reported car in Pymatuning Lake. It was unknown whether the vehicle was occupied and units 117 and 107 responded with divers and manpower. North Shenango VFD was also called for divers and manpower. Upon arrival of Andover there was a car in the lake approximately 75 feet off of Padnaram boat launch. Asst Chief David Miller was the first diver in the water and performed a quick search of the car and surrounding area and found no occupant in or around the car. North Shenango VFD arrived on scene and Lt Robbie Vickery assisted with search and securing the car to the tow truck for removal from the lake. All units cleared and returned.
